HOME FINDING

GMR work with families to match their housing needs and preferences with the many different options the local market offers. First, we ask families to fill a document to help identify and set priorities for their housing needs. It will allows us to better understand their needs and find the right place. The search is as follows:                         

 

  • Description of the futur accommodation through a document

  • Meeting or “Conference call” to analyze and discuss the information given in the form

  • Booking of temporary accommodation if needed

  • Properties selection and set up of a program visits

  • Visit the selected properties with the assignee

For tenants :

  • Lease negociation and signing 

  • Help during the in coming inspection with the real estate agent

  • Insurance subscription

  • Help in setting up utilites ( Electricity / Water / Internet registrations )

For buyers :

  • Assist in negociating and writing the purchase offer

  • Help in setting up financial options

  • Advice on lawyer choice

  • Signature of the compromise at the lawyer with the client

  • Signature of the sale at the lawyer office with the client

  • Insurance subscription

  • Help in setting up utilites ( Electricity / Water / Internet registrations )
